Who we are

The FEMME team includes five youth advocates from Skydra with a passion for gender equality, health education, and community engagement. Backed by VINCO Greece, they combine academic expertise with real-life experience in managing youth projects. Their diverse backgrounds from engineering and law to nutrition and civic activism ensure that FEMME is not only impactful but inclusive.

VINCO, acting as the official project coordinator, brings years of experience in regional development, youth participation, and project implementation under the European Solidarity Corps. Its active network in education and civil society ensures that FEMME benefits from multi-level partnerships, visibility, and lasting impact.
